Building Together
Twenty-Five Groups. No Shared Room.
San Antonio never lacked tech communities. What it lacked was anywhere they could see each other — groups meeting across the city on their own calendars, to their own audiences, mostly unaware of one another.
DEVSA was built to close that gap, and nothing more than that. We don't run the groups — they run themselves, keep their own names and keep their own people. What we give them is one calendar, one public directory, and one room to meet partners in.

How It Works
We Don't Run Your Event. We Make It Possible.
Most groups here are specialty groups with their own people and their own subject. They don't need running. They need a room, someone who can teach, and a way to reach the builders who would want to be there.
The room
From a partner DEVSA already works with. LaunchSA hosted the drive on the Central Library's first floor — the relationship was already built, so the ask was a warm conversation with a concept attached rather than a cold one.
The people who can teach
From the people DEVSA knows. learnOPENtech ran two and a half hours on Linux and open source, and handled the rebuilds and the certified drive erasure.
Access to a network
A community of builders — the active learners and the frontline people already working in the industries that drive this city, from student organizations through to working professionals. Not everyone is on Discord, or LinkedIn, or X. They come here.
All three of those, on one afternoon:
learnOPENtech ran it. LaunchSA housed it. DEVSA put it on the calendar. Four days of drop-offs, one afternoon on Linux, and everyone who sat through the session left with a working machine.

Stay Connected
Find Your People. Show Up.
Every meetup, workshop and conference in San Antonio tech, on one calendar. Put it in your own calendar so new events show up on their own, and find the people behind them on Discord.
Partner with DEVSA
Reach the PeopleDoing the Work.
Workshops, conferences and recurring activations, co-designed with DEVSA, putting you in front of the active builders across 25 community groups in San Antonio.
You already have the relationships at the director and executive level. This is the other altitude — the engineers, analysts, designers and students doing the work day to day, in the same industries. Let's design something together.
What That Looks Like
SheBuilds ran worldwide on International Women's Day. Lovable started it. Anthropic and Stripe put the credits in people's hands. Laura Ruiz-Roehrs taught it. Berry to Bean opened on a Sunday. DEVSA brought San Antonio's builders — and they shipped.

Keep the Momentum Going.
Every dollar goes to what DEVSA actually runs: the community calendar and public directory every group publishes to, and the four conferences built right here in San Antonio — The Model, Access Granted, PySanAntonio and More Human Than Human.
That is the bridge the active builders, the community groups and the partners find each other on. Giving keeps it open.
